Refund Policy

All bookings with The Creative Sanctuary require a deposit to reserve your date and time. Deposits are non-refundable, as your booking prevents us from accepting other clients for that time. If you need to cancel, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be rescheduled or refunded minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If The Creative Sanctuary must cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, including your deposit. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Digital products, downloadable content, and completed custom artwork are non-refundable once delivered. Physical products may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if they arrive damaged or defective, and you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
