Shipping Policy
The Creative Sanctuary offers shipping for physical artwork, prints, and merchandise. Shipping is currently included in the product price unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless noted on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier, and delivery dates are estimates. The Creative Sanctuary is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
