Service Description
Hi :) These sessions use guided creative activities to support emotional expression, reflection, and stress relief in a calm, supportive environment. This is NOT therapy or a clinical service, but a wellness-based experience designed to help participants reconnect with themselves through art. Mobile Art Experience I am a fully mobile art service, which means I travel to your home, office, event space, or location of your choice. I bring all necessary art supplies and materials with me, handle all setup before the session, and take care of all cleanup afterward, so you don’t have to worry about anything except enjoying the creative experience. Sessions are designed to be relaxed, convenient, and stress-free, allowing you and your guests to create in a comfortable environment without any mess or preparation required on your part. Large Group Service Fee: A service fee is applied to bookings of 10 or more guests to cover extended setup time, additional materials, and post-session cleanup. _______________________________________ Booking & Confirmation Once you submit your booking request, please allow 24–48 hours for confirmation. During this time, I’ll carefully review your request and let you know if your appointment has been approved. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email, along with an invitation to complete your payment to officially secure your spot. Appointments are confirmed once approval and payment are finalized.

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Reschedule Policy All bookings with The Creative Sanctuary are subject to availability and approval. A booking request does not guarantee a confirmed session until it has been reviewed and approved by us. Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. If a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the session, the client may reschedule, but any deposit paid is non-refundable and will not be returned. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not permitted and are not eligible for refunds or changes. Failure to attend a session without notice will result in forfeiture of the session and deposit. The Creative Sanctuary reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, including any deposit paid. By submitting a booking request, you agree to this policy.
